There was really no possible way that it was the same person. They have different coloured eyes, and no amount of surgery could make her nose that much bigger. She also has a totally different build and bone structure in just about every way.

St Valentines Day Massacre! She was meant to slap Ken, totally forgot and he had to tell her to do it (pretty hilarious when you watch it back), credit to the WWE production team, in the replay a few seconds later they managed to mute the 'slap me' cue.
